Jane seamlessly bridges the gap between elite high finance and the open water. 

A Columbia University finance graduate, she began her journey as a consultant in our family office, structuring sophisticated asset and wealth solutions for global families. Her deep background in high-end asset management naturally guided her to the yachting industry. By treating luxury vessels as a strategic asset class, Jane ensures that ownership is both financially optimized and entirely effortless. 

As Head of our Yacht Services Division, Jane manages all aspects of yacht ownership and maritime experiences, specializing in bespoke acquisitions, charter management, daily operations, and complex regulatory compliance.

Vince leads our Corporate Services Division across Greater China and Southeast Asia, combining technical precision with a dynamic, solutions-driven mindset. 

Vince honed his financial acumen at PwC, advising multinational corporations on audit, risk, and compliance. Transitioning from high-level corporate auditing to hands-on strategic advisory, Vince’s mission is to help companies thrive in dynamic global markets. From streamlining back-office functions to structuring complex cross-border expansions, he provides the clarity, structure, and strategic guidance required for organizations to scale with confidence and total peace of mind.
